3 ways to stay healthy
We are all trying to stay healthy but it can be a struggle! But here are some simple ways without changing to much. Its all about the details baby.
1) Eat more
Huh? I know that is definitely the opposite but you eat more in smaller portions. Basically your biggest meal should be breakfast but the smallest meal should be dinner. Now of course you to eat the right things but the main focus is to eat more in smaller portions.
2) Exercise
Everyone knows that you have to exercise but find a workout that works best for you. If walk everyday for 1 hour than that could be your workout for the day. If you go to a zumba class everyday than can also be your workout. Even if you do your own at home workout it is all okay. Find some time of the day that you can workout even if its 5 minutes or 1 hour. Any workout is better than none.
3) Less process foods!
Process foods is one of the main reasons that you could feel unhealthy. Try to find organic foods. The meat is a little harder but its all about reading the ingriedents. If the product has to many ingriedents that you cannot pronounce then you probably should not eat it.
All of these things can help you with your health journey. Even if you don't do a 30 minute workout doing some type of workout can go a long way. You don't have to much but try and take small steps. Good luck!!
